From the South:
Take I-805 North. Take Sorrento Valley Road/Mira Mesa Boulevard exit. Go straight at signal light onto Vista Sorrento Parkway. Turn Right onto Directors Place. Ardea Biosciences is located at the top of the hill on the Right.
From the North:
Take the I-5 South. Merge onto I-805 South. Take Sorrento Valley Road exit toward Mira Mesa Boulevard. Turn onto Sorrento Valley Road. Sorrento Valley Road turns into Mira Mesa Boulevard. Turn Left on Vista Sorrento Parkway. Turn Right onto Directors Place. Ardea Biosciences is located at the top of the hill on the Right.
